Custom software for logistics in Dubai and the UAE.
Logistics operators in the UAE often run dispatch in one tool, driver tracking in another, proof-of-delivery in a third, and customer notifications in WhatsApp. We build one platform: order intake, route optimization, driver app with POD capture, customer tracking link, and a settlement view that ties payments to completed deliveries.
- →Onfleet
- →Bringg
- →Track-POD
- →Excel dispatch sheets
- →WhatsApp dispatch groups
- 01Order intake (API or manual) → dispatch board → driver assignment
- 02Driver app: pickup confirmation → live GPS → POD photo + signature
- 03Customer SMS/WhatsApp tracking link with live ETA
- 04Daily settlement: completed jobs × rate card → driver/vendor payout
A Dubai courier company replaced Onfleet plus four spreadsheets with a custom platform. Drivers use a branded app, dispatchers route from a single board, and customers get live tracking. Settlement that took 2 days each week is now automatic.
Does the driver app work offline?+
Yes. The driver app caches orders and POD captures locally, and syncs when connectivity returns. Common in warehouse-to-zone routes where coverage varies.
Can it integrate with major UAE carriers and customers' WMS?+
Yes. We commonly integrate with Aramex, DHL, Fetchr, and customer warehouse-management systems for order intake and status callbacks. Custom EDI/API integrations are part of the build scope.
